Article I: Name & Address

The name of the organization shall be “TNT People Precious.” The principal office of the organization shall be located at Cascade Valley Rd., Cascade.
Article II: Mission & Objectives

The mission of TNT People Precious is to transform the country and secure a brighter future through a variety of community programs and initiatives.

The objectives of the organization shall include, but not be limited to:
1. Community Outreach and Support
2. Education and Training
3. Youth Development
4. Crime Deterrence and Prevention
5. Rehabilitation and Reintegration
ARTICLE III: Leadership

The organization shall be governed by an Executive Committee consisting of the following officers: a. President: Sherwin Williams
b. Vice President: Paula Keppel.
c. Secretary: Valerie Hendrickson-Ali
Article IV: Duties of Officers

President:
a. The President shall be the chief executive officer of the organization, responsible for overall strategic direction and operations.
b. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Executive Committee and general meetings.
c. The President shall represent the organization in all official matters and shall have the authority to sign legal documents on behalf of the organization.

Vice President:
a. The Vice President shall assist the President in the performance of duties and shall assume the role of President in the absence or incapacity of the President.
b. The Vice President shall oversee the implementation of programs and initiatives.

Secretary:
a. The Secretary shall keep accurate records of all meetings of the organization.
b. The Secretary shall be responsible for maintaining official documents and records of the organization.
c. The Secretary shall manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the organization.
Article V: Meetings

The organization shall hold regular meetings at times and places determined by the Executive Committee.

Special meetings may be called by the President or by a majority of the Executive Committee members.
Article VI: Committees

The Executive Committee may establish standing or special committees as necessary to fulfill the mission and objectives of the organization.

Each committee shall have a chairperson appointed by the President.
Article VII: Amendments

This constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the members present at a regular meeting, provided that notice of the proposed amendment has been given to all members at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
Article IX: Non-Profit Status

TNT People Precious is a non-profit organization. No part of the net earnings of the organization shall inure to the benefit of any member, officer, or individual, except that reasonable compensation may be paid for services rendered to or for the organization in furtherance of its purposes.
